The kitchen at Hostelrie offers several menus, all of which are planned & executed by chef patron Daniel Balanovsky. From breakfast through to the last dessert at dinner the food is made in house, from fresh, to order & represents Daniel’s philosophy of using ingredients as local as possible & to showcase simple dishes packed with loads of flavour.
