Set in a 19th-century Gothic-style building in the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this relaxed pub with rooms is 7 miles from the steam trains of Perrygrove Railway and 8 miles from the Forest of Dean walking trails.

Laid-back, individually furnished rooms feature flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, as well as tea and coffeemaking facilities. Some have 4-poster beds and sitting areas, and family rooms sleep 3 to 4 guests.
